Addendum from Seller on fixing the Leak in the kitchen ceiling : On 10/4/13 Krohmer plumbing repaired a leak in the cast iron vent stack. There was a crack in a 90 degree elbow, that was slowly leaking whenever it rained hard enough. Krohmer plumbing cut out the old section and replaced it with a new pvc section of vent stack. I am attaching a picture that shows the repair. They also went into the basement and reamed out the sewer drain all the way out to the city main. Everything should be clean and ready to go.
